Small tasks. A well-cared-for home. One visit for alarm batteries, light bulbs, household filters, a visual under-sink leak check and a written summary. Labor included; materials separate. One annual program for gas-furnace and heat-pump systems. Two seasonal maintenance visits, written reports, priority scheduling and 10% off qualifying HVAC repairs. $299 for the first year; renews at $399 per year unless canceled.
